We are able to deliver conversion in clean room conditions. We have a custom-built facility within the factory in which we are able to maintain a Class 7 category clean room, housing a dedicated slitting machine.
We have wide expertise in the production of stabilised film. Our dedicated machine and process allow us to develop products for increasingly demanding applications.
We hold extensive stocks of polyester film in master roll format for conversion into customer reels or sheets. We can convert and hold finished stock for immediate delivery. This “call off” service allows delivery times as early as the next day.

HIFI Industrial Film was founded in 1985 by a Dutch entrepreneur. He saw an opportunity to set up a polyester conversion and distribution operation in the UK. Our founder was passionate to ensure HIFI Industrial Film became a market leader in the conversion and distribution of polyester film.
HIFI started with one sheeting machine converting film for one customer. Since then, we have continually invested heavily in plant, stocks, and personnel. This has enabled us to offer a bespoke conversion service across a vast range of films and materials.
